How do I change an Order?
Made a mistake while ordering? You can change or cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse by contacting our customer care team via email firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I return an item(s)?
If you find you're not satisfied with an item you've purchased from us, we have a 30 Days Return/Exchange Policy. Products can be returned for exchange if they are not opened, used and are in good resalable condition with original packaging. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.
Where is my order?
When you place an order online at GULIGULI, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number that you can use to track your order on its journey to your door. Check our Shipping Policy for delivery time estimates, if you have specific shipping requirements feel free to contact us.

How long does delivery take?
We understand your furry friend can't wait to get their favorite toys , which is why we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Our Standard shipping time is 1 - 7 Business days from the date of your order.
What time of day will my order be delivered?
Deliveries take place 7 days a week between 9 am to 8 pm. To make it easier for you, when you place an order, make sure to leave specific instructions on where your package should be left if you're not home. Deliveries on public holidays are subject to couriers working hour.
Is it possible to pay for an order, but have it sent to another address?
That's not a problem at all! Just make sure to put the recipient’s name and relevant information on the shipping address to avoid confusion
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay securely at GULIGULI using either PayPal, Credit Cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bank Transfers.
GULIGULI Hiibo Pet Companion Robot
What should I do if my pet is not interested in robots?
This is a new friend for pets. When you are not at home, you can control the robot to play with pets or feed them to build up familiarity between them as much as possible.
How should I use it to interact with my pet?
You can move in all directions, turn on the laser pointer or install feathers. It may take several hours to one or two days for pets to discover and become familiar with the robot.
How to use a snack-feeding device?
You can open the snack box through the recessed position on the back of the robot, put your pet's favorite food into the snack box, and then close it to lock the snack box.
How long does it take to charge a full charge? How about full battery life?
A full charge takes approximately two and a half hours. Under normal circumstances, it can be used for 15 days. If you use it continuously, it can last for about 2days.
Which App do I need for my Hiibo?
Please download the "GL Pet" App from Google Play (Android) or download the "GL Pet" App from the APP store (iOS).
Does the Hiibo support a 5GHz WiFi network?
Currently not supported yet, Hiibo supports a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
What size of treats can be used with Hiibo?
Please use dry food. The recommended diameter of treats is 6–12mm.
Are there any requirements for the treats dispensed in the treats dispenser?
We suggest filling dry treats such as freeze-dried treats or treats of an appropriate size (6–12 mm) instead of moist food such as canned food, which may block the food outlet and is difficult to clean.
Does the camera support night vision?
Yes, it does, it can provide clear monitoring even in dark conditions.
What is the cause of video delay during connection?
Please check for your Wi-Fi or mobile network.
How does the Hiibo fail to connect to WiFi after logging in again for the first time?
Please long press the power button until you hear"waiting for connection" and then try to connect it again.
Does the Hiibo have the function of going uphill?
Yes, currently only supports light slopes, about 15° uphill and downhill.
